Guide What a week in a Twin Falls motel actually costs Twelve properties, three room types, and the rates the other operators in town were advertising on 30 August 2026. Every number here is sourced. The short answer A single room is $250 a week, which is $35.71 a day. A double is $275 a week, $39.29 a day. A studio with a full kitchen is $325 a week, $46.43 a day. Nightly stays are temporarily paused so we can make room for guests staying a week or longer, up to 30 days. On 30 August 2026 the two extended-stay operators competing for the same searches were advertising $295 and $360 a week in their own page titles. That makes the single room here $45 to $110 a week cheaper than the nearest comparable advertised rate. Those are the published rates, not an offer. This site does not show availability; tfrooms.com, the New Leaf Properties booking site, publishes live vacancy, and the office knows what is open. What the weekly rate covers Utilities, Wi-Fi and parking are in the rate. There is no lease, no credit check, no application fee and no background check. That last group is the part that matters most to people who end up here. A week in a motel and a month in an apartment are not the same product. An apartment wants a deposit, a credit check, a lease term and a utility connection in your name before you get a key. A room here wants a week in advance. The three room types, and which properties have them Nine of the twelve properties offer a single room. Eight offer a double. Nine offer a studio with a full kitchen. Three properties are studio-only: Deluxe Motor Lodge, Jones Motel and 760 Main Ave Extended Stay. One is single-only: Twin Falls Motel. If you need a kitchen, that narrows the list to nine before you look at anything else. How the rates compare to the rest of town Two independent operators compete directly for extended-stay searches in Twin Falls. Both advertise a weekly rate in their own page title, where it shows up in the search result. Advertised weekly rates, read from each operator’s own pages and from Google on 30 August 2026 Operator Advertised rate Where that figure came from New Leaf, single room $250 / week This site New Leaf, double room $275 / week This site New Leaf, studio with kitchen $325 / week This site Canyon Springs Extended Stay $295 / week Their own page title, "As Low As $295/Week" Blue Lakes Inn Extended Stay $360 / week Their own page title Nightly rates in town run higher than the weekly maths suggests. Google Hotels on the same date showed Amber Inn Motel at $89 a night, Holiday Inn Twin Falls at $199 and Holiday Inn Express at $206. A single here is $250 for the week, or $35.71 a day, which is the whole point of asking for a week. Where the twelve properties actually are They sit in three groups, and the grouping is geographic rather than marketing. Every distance below was computed from the property address, not estimated. Five properties sit on one stretch of Addison Avenue West, all within about 200 metres of each other and roughly a mile from Main Avenue: Apollo Motor Inn, Monterey Motor Inn, Park Motel, El Rancho Motel and Dunes Motel. This is the cluster closest to Highway 93. Five sit around downtown and Main Avenue. Old Towne Lodge is the closest of the twelve to Main Avenue at a tenth of a mile. Downtown Extended Stay is three tenths. Then Jones Motel, Deluxe Motor Lodge and 760 Main Ave Extended Stay. Two sit on the Kimberly Road corridor: Kimberly Road Extended Stay and Twin Falls Motel. These are the two farthest of the twelve from St Luke’s Magic Valley Medical Center, at 3.7 and 4.0 miles. If you are here for a hospital stay, the Addison Avenue properties are the closer choice: Apollo Motor Inn, Monterey Motor Inn and Park Motel are all 1.9 miles out. What to ask before you take a room anywhere Is the rate weekly or nightly, and what happens if you stay six nights instead of seven? Are utilities and Wi-Fi in the rate, or added? Is there a deposit, and what returns it? Is there a kitchen in the unit, or a microwave and a fridge? Those are different things and both get called a kitchenette. What is the parking situation, and is it at ground level? How much notice do you need to give to leave? Those six questions separate a genuine weekly rate from a nightly rate with a discount attached, and they work on any operator, including this one. Sources and dates New Leaf rates are the published rates as of 30 August 2026 and are carried in machine-readable form at /data/rates.json with an explicit expiry. Canyon Springs Extended Stay and Blue Lakes Inn figures were read from their own page titles and pages on 30 August 2026. Nightly comparisons for Amber Inn Motel, Holiday Inn Twin Falls and Holiday Inn Express were read from Google Hotels on the same date for the dates Google offered by default. Competitor rates change.
