## Who we are

New Leaf Properties has rented rooms in Twin Falls, Idaho, since 2005. It runs twelve motels and extended-stay properties in three parts of town: five on Addison Avenue West, five around downtown and Main Avenue, and two on Kimberly Road on the east side of town. Rooms rent by the week, up to 30 days per reservation, with no lease, no credit check and no application fee. A single is $250 a week ($35.71 a day), a double $275 ($39.29 a day) and a studio with a full kitchen $325 ($46.43 a day); a single for a stay of up to 30 days is $1,000, which is $33.33 a day. Nightly stays are temporarily paused so we can make room for guests staying a week or longer, up to 30 days. Rooms are booked online on each property’s own site (tfrooms.com, the New Leaf Properties booking site, lists all twelve) or by calling the office at (208) 733-2010.

Yes. All twelve properties accept pets, with a refundable deposit and no pet fee. Service animals are welcome everywhere with no deposit and no fee.
