Twelve properties across three corridors: five on Addison Avenue West, five around downtown and Main Avenue, two on Kimberly Road. Singles and doubles rent by the night, subject to availability, or by the week; studios rent by the week; and a single can be taken for one stay of up to 30 days. Every reservation is capped at 30 days. There is no lease, no credit check and no application fee. Rates before 8% lodging tax: a single is $65 a night, $250 a week ($35.71 a day) or $1,000 for a stay of up to 30 days ($33.33 a day); a double $75 a night or $275 a week ($39.29 a day); a studio with a full kitchen $325 a week ($46.43 a day). Rooms are booked on tfrooms.com and on each property site.

Nightly stays are back, subject to availability. Many of our rooms go to guests staying a week or longer. A single is $65 a night and a double $75, before tax; a studio rents by the week only. A stay of one to six nights costs the nightly rate times the nights but never more than a week, so four to six nights never cost more than a week. Every reservation is capped at 30 days.

Published rates, before 8% tax (6% Idaho sales tax plus 2% Travel and Convention tax), the weekly ones each with its effective daily rate. Single: $65 a night, or $250 a week, which is $35.71 a day, or $1,000 for a stay of up to 30 days, which is $33.33 a day if all 30 days are used. Double: $75 a night, or $275 a week, which is $39.29 a day. Studio: $325 a week, which is $46.43 a day, and no nightly rate. The $1,000 price is the single only, never the double or the studio, and it is not a monthly rate: it covers one reservation of up to 30 days and does not renew.

How the daily rates are worked out. A weekly daily rate is the weekly price divided by 7 and is paid a week at a time, so $35.71 is not a price for one night: one night in a single is $65. The $1,000 single is a flat price for the stay: $33.33 a day only at the full 30 days and more per day on a shorter stay. For a stay of three weeks or less, the weekly rate costs less than the $1,000 price.

It does not rent by the day or the night; its FAQ offers weekly and monthly rentals only. Blue Lakes Inn, 952 Blue Lakes Blvd N: $480 a week in body copy, $360 a week in its title tag ($68.57 and $51.43 a day), $1,600 a month on its FAQs page. Canyon Springs and Blue Lakes Inn sell ongoing monthly rentals that renew; New Leaf caps every stay at 30 days.
