What this site does to be usable, and how to tell us when it is not.

Our commitment

New Leaf Properties is committed to providing lodging and a website that are accessible to the widest possible audience, including guests with disabilities. We apply the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III standards to our properties and target Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for this website.

Physical property accessibility

Most of our 12 properties feature ground-level parking and entry — no stairs to room doors. Specific accessibility features vary by property. Before booking, please call (208) 733-2010 and describe what you need. We will match you to the property and room that fits your requirements, including:

Wheelchair-accessible entry and interior pathways
Roll-in or tub-seat bathing arrangements where available
Visual smoke / carbon-monoxide alarms on request
Service-animal accommodation at every property (no pet deposit applies)

Reasonable accommodation requests

We treat accommodation requests seriously and respond quickly. To request an accommodation:

Call (208) 733-2010 during office hours.
Describe the accommodation you need. We will confirm whether we can match you to an existing property/room, or what modifications are available.
If we cannot accommodate the request at any property, we will tell you so and refer you to local alternatives when possible.

Service animals

Service animals are welcome at all properties in accordance with ADA Title III. No pet deposit or fee applies to service animals. Emotional-support animals are evaluated case-by-case under our pet policy.

Website accessibility

This website is built to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Features include:

Semantic HTML structure with <header>, <nav>, <main>, <footer>, and <address> landmarks
Skip-to-main-content link as the first focusable element on every page
Keyboard-accessible navigation including the mobile menu (ARIA aria-expanded)
Contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 for all body text
Images have descriptive alt text (or empty alt for decorative images)
Respect for prefers-reduced-motion user preferences
No auto-playing audio or video
Forms (none currently) will carry labels associated with every input

Please include the page URL (if website) or property name (if physical), describe the barrier, and the date/time. We will acknowledge within three business days and describe our remediation plan.
