A stay of up to 30 days in a single is $1,000, which is $33.33 a day if you use all thirty. The per-day figure divides the weekly rate by seven and assumes seven paid nights. It is not a monthly rate: every reservation is capped at 30 days. Nightly stays are back, subject to availability: $65 a night in a single and $75 in a double, before 8% tax ($70.20 and $81.00 with the tax). Many of our rooms go to guests staying a week or longer.
